Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup bell peppers
- 1 carrot
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Heat oil, sauté garlic. Add vegetables and stir-fry 5 minutes. Add soy sauce and toss until coated. Serve with rice or noodles.
